"A word after a word after a word is power." - Margaret Atwood
I am a freelance writer and editor who reports on a wide range of topics, including reproductive justice, literature of all kinds, and the environment. You can find my writing in online and print publications like Electric Literature, Bitch Media, Bust Magazine, The Feminist Wire, and The Scout. I currently work as an editor and communications specialist at a women’s nonprofit, and have held full-time editorial roles at major academic publishers.
In 2014, I graduated from Allegheny College with a degree in English and minors in History and Women's Studies. During my college years, I participated in editorial and communications internships at The Moorpark / Camarillo Acorn, The Sandra Dijkstra Literary Agency, and Knock Knock Stuff. On campus, I served as Nonfiction Editor, and later Fiction Editor, of Allegheny's literary magazine, Overkill.
